Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in Nevada to provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for renewable projects. This leadership role includes financial oversight, resource allocation, and mentoring staff.

The position requires a PE license, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and at least 8 years of engineering experience. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design plan and fee.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Executive on deliverables.
• Lead Engineering CAC effort and interaction with PM.
• Resolve complex engineering problems.
• Prepare/review engineering calculations.
• Act as Engineer of Record for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with city, state, and county officials.
• Attend project design meetings with the Design Build Team.
• Site visits to review installation or assess conditions.
• Perform Value Engineering studies.
