Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in Texas to oversee renewables engineering projects, mentor staff, and manage budgets and schedules. You will coordinate with project management and field teams to deliver designs that meet code requirements and client expectations.

This role emphasizes ownership, growth, and collaboration within a large, employee-owned firm. The position requires a PE license, 8+ years of engineering experience, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Licensure as a US Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience; field experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight for renewables projects.
• Lead and mentor design team and manage resources and schedule.
• Coordinate with PMs, field management, and other trades.
• Perform engineering calculations and reviews as Engineer of Record.
• Travel up to 25% for field visits and project oversight.
