Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical oversight and manage a renewables engineering design team on high-profile projects in the United States.

The role requires leading engineers and designers, mentoring staff, and coordinating with project managers to deliver design solutions. The position demands a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a US PE license, and at least 8 years of engineering experience, with field experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in engineering or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.
• Field experience is desired.
• Education and experience can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Executive regarding effort to accomplish deliverables and submittals.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
• Resolve complex design problems and coordinate with multiple trades and officials.
• Prepare and/or review engineering calculations for assigned projects.
• Act as Engineer of Record for projects within responsibility.
