Job summary

Panthera Grid Partners, headquartered in Houston, TX, is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Administrator to support EPC and MSAs for technical services. The role coordinates with vendors, project stakeholders, and finance to track deliverables, schedules, invoices, and procurement documentation.

You will help with supplier onboarding, purchase orders, change orders, and supplier communication across the project lifecycle, while identifying commercial and contractual risks for escalation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in contract/procurement admin, preferably in renewable energy or EPC.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Procore) and procurement software; data-driven decision making.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding and maintenance of vendor master records.
• Review Insurance Certificates and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Convert Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
• Investigate issues with Purchase Orders, Change Orders, or Invoices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure procurement processes across project stages.
• Attend meetings, prepare minutes, track actions, and follow up until closure.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for equipment suppliers and internal teams.
• Administer procurement agreements, track milestones, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain equipment procurement and inventory trackers across projects.
• Identify risks from production schedules and escalate as needed.
