The position emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and risk identification across procurement lifecycles, with local travel for meetings or site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in contract/procurement admin, preferably in renewable energy or EPC.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software; strong data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supplier onboarding and vendor master maintenance.
• Review insurance certificates and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders and resolve PO/invoice issues.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for procurement processes.
• Maintain procurement records, trackers, and contract documentation.
• Track payment status and identify risks requiring escalation.
