Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (supply chain, business, or engineering).
• 3–5+ years of experience in contract/procurement administration, preferably in renewable energy or EPC.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software; strong data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding suppliers and managing vendor master records.
• Review insurance certificates and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Investigate issues related to POs, change orders, or invoices.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to enforce procurement practices.
