Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project safety and environmental compliance.
• Manage project budget, forecast, and schedule.
• Provide day-to-day direction of resources and materials.
• Coordinate resources, activities, and deliverables per the Project Execution Plan.
• Mentor apprentices and champion PWA compliance when applicable.
• Document progress and communicate with stakeholders.
