Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking an Associate, Project Development to support and manage the development of solar, wind, and storage projects across the West. You will coordinate with Business Development, Origination, Engineering, and Construction teams through the full project lifecycle in CA, HI, and the Desert Southwest.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in U.S. renewable energy project development, strong siting and permitting experience, and familiarity with interconnection and EPC processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in U.S. renewable energy project development.
• Experience with land development: landowner engagement, title resolution, surveys, GIS.
• Familiarity with permitting, interconnection, and EPC engagement; knowledge of project finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support development of complex renewables from proposal to handover to construction.
• Identify approaches reducing permitting risks and optimizing schedules.
• Support due diligence on development-stage projects and portfolio acquisitions.
