Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to join our Chicago office, supporting the Real Estate Industry Group with a focus on Renewable Energy. The role involves leading client engagements, planning, budgeting, and team management, with opportunities for cross-functional learning and career growth.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in public accounting, a Bachelor’s Degree, CPA eligibility or licensure, and strong MS Office and audit software skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm.
• Renewable Energy experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; CPA licensure achieved or eligible to sit for the exam.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts.
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans.
• Illustrate budgets and schedules.
• Actively participate in proposals.
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, with performance coaching.
