Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a SCADA Engineer to maintain and integrate SCADA infrastructure across a diverse fleet of renewable energy projects in North America, Latin America, and Europe. You will support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot field equipment, and drive reliability improvements within a growing SCADA team.

You will mentor peers, lead technical resolutions, and collaborate with OEMs and internal groups to ensure scalable, robust telemetry and control systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting renewable energy generation equipment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience with SCADA architectures and telemetry integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for OEM hardware and software capabilities.
• Collaborate with Performance Analytics and Availability Engineering to validate system modifications and maintain operation of generation equipment.
• Support facilities and Invenergy Control Center in upkeep and troubleshooting of field equipment.
• Drive SCADA system reliability through analytical, conceptual, and creative troubleshooting.
• Lead technical resolutions with OEMs, integrators, and other engineering functions.
• Mentor teammates on new SCADA technologies, tools, and standards.
• Ensure scalability of SCADA architecture with additions/modifications.
• Provide training content for engineers and site personnel.
