Job summary

Motive Companies, LLC in California seeks a Project Manager to lead complex renewable energy installations, including commercial solar, BESS, and EV charging infrastructure, from initiation to completion.

You will coordinate with sales, development, engineering, supply chain, construction, and safety teams, maintaining strong client communication and delivering regular reports on project progress, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or coordination experience in construction or real estate development.
• Experience in Commercial Rooftop Solar, Canopy/Carport Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems, or EV Charging Infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex renewable energy installation projects from initiation through completion.
• Communicate with clients weekly (often daily) regarding project performance and deliver reports.
• Deliver projects ahead of schedule, under budget, and to high quality by collaborating across sales, development, engineering, supply chain, construction, accounting, and safety.
• Monitor expenditures against budget and contract and work with internal teams to identify trends and drive improvements.
