Job summary

Motive in California is seeking a Solar/PV Project Manager to lead renewable energy projects from kickoff to completion, including commercial solar, BESS, and EV charging infrastructure. You will drive schedules, budgets, and safety compliance while delivering high-quality results.

You will coordinate with sales, engineering, supply chain, construction, and finance; manage client communications and progress reports; and seek opportunities to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management or coordination in solar, BESS, or EV infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or PMP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities; ability to manage diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate renewable energy projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Be the main point of contact for clients providing regular updates, reports, and clear communication throughout every stage of the project.
• Collaborate with teams across sales, engineering, supply chain, construction, accounting, and safety to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Track budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
