Conductor Power in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead renewables construction projects from initial scope through delivery. The role requires coordinating cross‑functional teams, maintaining schedules and budgets, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a engineering degree, 1–3 years of PM experience in renewables, and PMP or related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering or renewable energy or related field.
• PMP or strong project management certification preferred.
• Experience with renewable energy construction and safety standards beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects - manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee construction and quality - supervise site operations and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive high-performing teams - coordinate multidisciplinary teams and promote accountability.
• Manage risks and resources - identify risks and optimize costs and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and partners to share lessons learned.
