Conductor Power is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to oversee the design, development, and implementation of solar energy, substations, and battery storage projects. You will lead engineering scope, drive feasibility studies, and provide technical guidance throughout construction, ensuring alignment with owner requirements and industry standards.

Ideal candidates have a strong solar energy background, leadership experience, and a passion for renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in renewable energy.
• PE license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3rd party engineering scope to ensure constructability and value engineering.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project viability.
• Provide technical guidance during construction phase.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution.
• Lead design and engineering scope reviews to meet owner requirements.
