Job summary

Linea Energy in San Francisco, CA seeks a Project Execution Manager to lead the execution phase of utility-scale solar, battery storage, and wind projects. You will coordinate EPCs, LNTP work, and handoffs to operations while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget goals.

The role requires PM leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and travel to project sites domestically and internationally. A PMP and engineering/construction background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred; graduate degree highly preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or construction; minimum 3 years in solar development.
• Ability to interact with leadership cross-culturally and travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution of utility-scale solar, battery storage, and wind projects.
• Scope and manage LNTP work prior to project financial close.
• Support Project Finance lead by managing EPC Contractor and Owner Furnished Equipment deliverables during Pre-Construction.
• Manage EPC Contractor from FNTP through Final Completion, delivering on time and on budget.
• Oversee progress tracking, pay apps, change orders, and on-site construction teams.
• Develop and distribute project status updates to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate Owner Furnished Equipment suppliers during design, scheduling, and commissioning.
• Coordinate interconnection scheduling and management.
• Coordinate handoff to Operations with Asset Management and O&M teams.
