DESRI is seeking a Development Coordinator to support its growing portfolio of renewable energy projects. You will provide project coordination, organizational support, and stakeholder engagement to keep initiatives aligned and on track.

The role sits at the center of the development team, ensuring milestones are met, reporting is accurate, and cross-functional teams stay engaged. A strong TikTok? (ignore) focus on clear communication and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public policy, environmental studies, renewable energy, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, renewable energy, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Notion, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project tracking systems and milestone reporting across the development portfolio.
• Support development leadership with internal project management, meeting coordination, and action-tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among development, permitting, engineering, finance, legal, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with RFP processes, including document management and data collection.
• Support community engagement efforts, including public meetings and stakeholder outreach.
• Coordinate conference participation, industry events, and team meetings.
• Prepare internal presentations, development updates, and project communications.
