DESRI is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the company’s development team by providing project coordination, organizational support, and stakeholder engagement across a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects. This role sits at the center of the development organization, helping to ensure projects, initiatives, and team priorities remain organized, aligned, and on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, renewable energy, real estate, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project tracking systems and milestone reporting across the portfolio.
• Support development leadership with internal project management and meeting coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among development, permitting, engineering, finance, legal, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with RFP processes, including data collection and submission coordination.
• Support community engagement, stakeholder outreach, and local relationship management.
• Coordinate conference participation, industry events, and team meetings.
• Prepare internal presentations, development updates, and project summaries.
• Assist with consultant coordination, contract tracking, and admin support.
• Maintain organized project documentation and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and team efficiency.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
