Job summary

DESRI Project Management Services, L.L.C. in Minneapolis, Minnesota seeks a Development Coordinator to support a growing renewable energy development portfolio. The role centers on coordination, organization, and stakeholder engagement across projects.

You will track milestones, manage documentation, and help coordinate across permitting, engineering, finance, and legal teams. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, renewable energy, real estate, infrastructure, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, Monday.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project tracking systems, development dashboards, and milestone reporting across the portfolio.
• Support development leadership with internal project management, meeting coordination, action tracking, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among development, permitting, engineering, finance, legal, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with RFP processes, including document management, data collection, and submission coordination.
• Support community engagement efforts, including public meetings and stakeholder outreach.
• Coordinate conference participation, industry events, and team meetings.
• Prepare internal presentations, updates, and development communications.
