DESRI seeks a project delivery associate to manage renewable energy projects from mid-stage development through financing, construction, and commercial operation. You will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, balancing priorities and communicating across diverse stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes experience in the power/solar sector, with strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel for site visits.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of applicable experience in a technical field with an undergrad or grad degree.
• Experience in power/renewable energy, especially solar project development, construction, or asset management.
• Deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical abilities, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from mid-stage development through financing, construction, and commercial operation.
• Coordinate with in-house and third-party technical and field support teams; balance priorities.
• Oversee external consultants (environmental, civil, electrical) as needed.
• Engage with landowners, permitting authorities, financing parties, interconnection and offtake utilities.
• Lead coordination among internal stakeholders across Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management.
