Job summary

Meta's Global Energy Team is seeking an experienced energy professional to manage renewable energy and carbon reduction contracts across development, construction, and operations. You will oversee contract compliance, support negotiations, monitor project status, and enforce terms related to cost, RECs and performance.

You will coordinate with legal, finance, and suppliers, maintaining documents and data, and surface issues to drive measurable efficiency and impact across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of renewable energy projects and understanding performance metrics.
• Experience drafting official correspondence and developing partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with G-Suite, Salesforce, AI tooling.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and managing 3rd party vendors.
• Experience analyzing energy generation data, virtual PPAs, green tariffs, and wholesale market data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ongoing owner for all operational renewable energy contract requirements.
• Create, maintain, update and track documents and data related to renewable energy projects.
• Track counterparty compliance with contract deliverables.
• Review invoicing and reporting for project contracts; ensure RECs, costs and performance align with terms.
• Coordinate contract amendments, collateral, force majeure claims, and other issues as needed.
• Manage approval and signature process for contract documents after execution.
• Surface and resolve issues in ongoing contracts and project operations.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, accounting, purchasing, and other stakeholders.
