Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Internship, coursework or hands-on experience in construction or engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program implementation on-site by following JMS protocols.
• Assist survey of project sites and identify site requirements.
• Commission and test site equipment and machinery.
• Monitor maintenance activities for site equipment.
• Participate in field tests and help troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Track project progress for timely, cost-effective completion.
• Learn QA/QC requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Field Quality Manager and site management.
• Prepare materials for Plan of Day (POD) meetings and share across teams.
• Read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Travel to jobsites as needed.
