Job summary

EDF power solutions is seeking an experienced EPC Contracts Manager to lead complex negotiations for utility-scale renewable energy projects in the U.S. Internal and external stakeholders will collaborate across legal, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to execute EPC contracts efficiently.

The role emphasizes contract strategy, risk assessment, and robust document control, with a requirement for detailed tracking and cross-functional alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in contract negotiation and contract management in utility-scale renewable energy.
• Experience negotiating EPC agreements for solar, wind, and energy storage projects.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple assignments under deadlines.
• Proficiency with Procore and Malbek.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC contracts negotiations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely preparation and execution of RFPs, term sheets, and exhibits.
• Coordinate and collaborate with legal, engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, risk, tax, accounting and other stakeholders during EPC contract negotiations.
• Draft and negotiate commercial terms and conditions in EPC contracts and prepare fully compiled execution versions.
• Provide contract support for project execution teams during construction and maintain version control of documents.
