Job summary

EDF power solutions seeks aSenior Contracts Manager (EPC) to lead strategic negotiation and governance of engineering, procurement, and construction agreements across our US operations. The role mitigates contractual risk, optimizes terms, and ensures robust contract governance throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has six+ years of experience in contract negotiation and management within solar/construction, with strong cross-functional collaboration and proficiency in Procore

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline (required).
• Law degree is a plus; legal background preferred.
• Experience negotiating and managing complex EPC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic EPC contract negotiations and risk management.
• Govern contract portfolio with governance frameworks and standardized processes.
• Drive process optimization and selection/implementation of contract management tools.
• Mentor junior contract professionals and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
