Job summary

NAES is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end operational administration for renewable energy service accounts. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal functions, prioritizing needs and driving work from initial request through invoicing and closeout.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of experience in customer operations or service coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with CMMS, ERP, or CRM systems desirable.
• Knowledge of distributed generation solar or renewable energy operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational administration of assigned customer accounts.
• Resolve customer requests related to work orders, scheduling, procurement, invoicing and service execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Operations, Planning & Scheduling, Procurement, Finance, and Business Development.
• Monitor service levels and account performance; escalate issues as needed.
• Own the invoicing process, including documentation review, billing corrections, and aging management.
