You will support marketing operations, manage communications, coordinate events and assets, and assist with budgets and vendor coordination in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations: coordinate internal and external marketing requests and prioritize workflow.
• Marketing Metrics & Reporting: track and report KPI dashboards and data for campaigns.
• Company Communication Management: update website content and manage social media activity.
• Events & Logistics: coordinate conferences, trade shows, and internal events.
• Marketing Asset Management: organize headshots, assets, templates, and files.
• Branded Inventory Management: manage business cards, apparel, and promo items.
• Commercial Support: organize proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Vendor & Budget Coordination: track invoices, budgets, and department expenses.
