The Client Operations Coordinator owns the end-to-end operational administration of assigned renewable energy service accounts, serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal business functions. Exercise independent judgment to prioritize customer needs, coordinate cross‑functional activities across Operations, Planning & Scheduling, Procurement, Finance, and Business Development, and drive work from initial request through invoicing and closeout. Through proactive account management, operational analysis, and continuous process improvement, ensure service commitments are met, customer expectations are consistently exceeded, and internal resources remain focused on core responsibilities.
Report to the Field Service Operations Manager and work closely with Field Operations, Scheduling, Procurement, Finance, Business Development, Service Partners, and Customers.
The initial compensation will range from $74,200 to $85,350 depending on experience.
