Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team, providing nutrition care for patients with kidney disease under the supervision of a RDN Regional Manager.

You will base therapeutic diets on patient needs in consultation with physicians, review lab results, and educate on fluid, sodium, potassium, and CKD-MBD management. You will also conduct patient assessments and participate in monthly interdisciplinary conferences.

Responsibilities

• Recommend therapeutic diets based on patient needs and treatment, in consultation with the physician.
• Review lab results and provide nutrition education for fluid, sodium, potassium and CKD-MBD management.
• Conduct patient assessments and care planning activities.
• Participate in monthly interdisciplinary patient care conferences.
