Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Three years of experience in quality, abstraction, or registry with one year in a supervisory role.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred: orthopedic/trauma exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide clinical data synthesis, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure registry compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee data collection, submission and interoperability processes.
