Qualifications

• Three years of quality/abstraction/registry experience with one year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in healthcare data management and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to synthesize, analyze, and report internal and external data for system-wide quality initiatives.
• Ensure registry compliance with state/federal requirements and accreditation standards.
• Oversee data collection, interoperability, and reporting processes across registries.
• Coordinate with service lines and executives to drive performance improvements.
