Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team; healthcare environment.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in data quality, data management, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of internal and comparative data.
• Oversee registry compliance with state/federal regulations and external accreditation standards.
• Coordinate interoperability and validity processes for data abstraction and reporting.
• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects with limited supervision.
