Job summary

SMASH, a US-facing firm, seeks an experienced CCaaS Implementation Specialist to design and deploy Zoom Phone and CCaaS solutions for US clients from a remote location. You will combine UCaaS/CCaaS expertise with technical consulting, troubleshooting, and customer collaboration to deliver reliable cloud communications.

You will work with architects, project managers, carriers, vendors, and customer admins to configure systems, run tests, and document results, while transferring knowledge through

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CCaaS/UCaaS and cloud telephony experience.
• Hands-on Zoom Phone administration experience.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX or similar enterprise CC platform.
• Understanding of queues, routing, IVR, reporting and CC operations.
• Strong written and spoken communication with customers.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Zoom Phone per approved designs and requirements.
• Configure sites, users, numbers, call flows, auto attendants, queues, and policies.
• Support inventory, porting, migrations, and post-launch stabilization.
• Configure Zoom Contact Center components including flows, queues, and channels.
• Develop testing scenarios and execute UAT, routing, and failover tests.
• Troubleshoot voice quality, routing, integrations, and admin issues.
• Support CRM / identity management integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Capture requirements in documentation and share knowledge with customers.
