• Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering or technical consulting role in UCaaS/CCaaS or telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of UC technologies such as VoIP, video conferencing, messaging and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Conduct detailed assessments of client infrastructure to recommend UCaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with sales to design customized UCaaS solutions and deployment plans.
