Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Federal Solutions Engineer to translate complex requirements into actionable product recommendations, test customer environments, and champion feature requests that shape Zoom's roadmap from the field.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with Federal Civilian and DoD clients, design outcome-driven workflows, and deliver demonstrations across video, voice, AI, and APIs/SDKs. Federal clearance is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solution Engineer in pre-sales, with strong product representation across UC, video, web conferencing, and voice.
• Experience supporting technical sales in Federal Civilian Government or DoD environments preferred.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, IL5, NIPRNet, SIPRNet.
• Knowledge of SAML/SSO, firewalls, routers, PBX, TDM, MPLS networks, proxies.

Responsibilities

• Provide product presentations, demos, deployment designs, PoCs, and RFx responses.
• Maintain proficiency across Zoom platform tech and related APIs/SDKs.
• Act as trusted advisor for Federal clients through the sales cycle.
• Support Account Executives with solution design addressing customer challenges.
• Translate technical needs into product development feedback for Zoom.
