Dragonfruit is seeking a Production Coordinator to be the backbone of the production process, keeping timelines tight and assets organized across multiple accounts. You will enable Producers to focus on big-picture strategy while you handle daily precision and cross-team communication.

This role suits someone who thrives in fast-moving creative environments, enjoys bringing order to chaos, and takes pride in smooth, well-documented workflows. Remote work is supported with US time-zone alignment.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in production coordination or related roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication across teams and time zones.
• Experience using PM tools like ClickUp, Notion, Google Drive and Slack.

Mansioni

• Keep production moving by tracking tasks, timelines and deliverables across accounts.
• Be the hub by maintaining smooth communication between Producers, Editors, Creative Directors and clients.
• Manage assets across Google Drive, ClickUp and Notion for easy access and clarity.
• Support client deliverables by preparing review links and gathering notes.
• QC support by reviewing exports for formatting errors before client delivery.
• Handle recurring logistics like scheduling calls and updating project trackers.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions proactively.
