Job summary

Zillow Group’s StudioZ is seeking a Video Producer to shape how video moves from idea to audience, connecting production, PM, post, publishing, and growth in a remote-friendly environment.

You will bring hands-on experience across the full video lifecycle, collaborating with marketing and editorial teams, optimizing YouTube performance, and helping scale content with smarter workflows and AI-driven tooling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in video production or related field.
• Strong project-management skills with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end video production and digital publishing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the video pipeline from intake through delivery, including calendars and workflows.
• Coordinate with Marketing's video operations and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with editorial, social, brand, and production teams to prioritize content.
• Support YouTube publishing operations, packaging, performance reporting, and optimization.
• Coordinate internal crews, external agencies, and production partners.
• Support creative and production decisions, including talent sourcing and post-production needs.
