Position Overview

The Production Manager serves as the operational leader of the production department. Working closely with the Head of Production, this role is responsible for ensuring every production is planned, organized, staffed, and executed efficiently from pre-production through wrap. This position owns production logistics, scheduling, resource planning, departmental coordination, and execution across multiple projects while continuously improving workflows and production systems. Key Responsibilities

Production Planning
