Job summary

Solventum seeks an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, and expand therapy utilization in hospital settings. You will consult with clinicians, attend procedures, and coordinate patient transitions.

This field-based role requires travel up to 20% and a valid driver’s license. Remote work from PA is supported with competitive benefits and total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years sales/clinical experience
• Or high school diploma with 8+ years sales/clinical experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Current, valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products
• Attend procedures and placements in hospital care settings
• Drive sustainable growth by meeting sales targets through account and territory management
• Educate clinicians on product use including inservicing
• Build relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders
• Represent Solventum at conferences and trade shows
