Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to consult with clinicians on safe use of Solventum products and to drive adoption in hospital settings. You will educate staff, attend procedures, and collaborate with key stakeholders to expand therapy utilization.

Travel up to 20% and a base+incentive compensation package are provided, with relocation assistance possible. A strong clinical background and CRM experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce).
• Territory management and business planning expertise.
• Proven track record of sales quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attend procedures and placements in hospital care settings.
• Drive sustainable growth via account and territory management.
• Educate clinicians on product use, including inservicing.
• Build relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
