Job summary

Solventum seeks an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, and expand therapy utilization in hospital settings. You will coordinate patient transitions of care and build relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders.

Remote, field-based role with up to 20% overnight travel. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 4+ years of sales/clinical experience, a valid driver’s license, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4+ years sales/clinical experience, or HS with 8+ years sales/clinical experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and a valid driver's license.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and building customer relationships in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attend hospital procedures and support product adoption and utilization.
• Drive sustainable growth via territory management and account development.
• Educate stakeholders on clinical value and outcomes, including new products.
• Maintain CRM data, plan pipelines, and report on performance.
