Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to act as a consultative wound healing expert for hospital wound care decision makers. You will educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, expand therapy utilization, and coordinate patient transition of care.

You will build relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders, advocate for Solventum products using evidence, and support customers through training and post-sale service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus 4+ years in sales/clinical roles or High School Diploma plus 8+ years in sales/clinical roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Current, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attend procedures and placements in hospital care settings.
• Drive adoption and achieve sales targets through territory management.
• Educate clinicians and stakeholders on product value and new introductions.
