Job summary

Solventum is recruiting an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to consult with clinicians on safe use of Solventum products and to lead adoption in hospital settings remotely.

You will educate clinicians, drive growth through account and territory management, build stakeholder relationships, and represent Solventum at conferences. A strong background in sales and clinical experience, plus CRM and MS Office, are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a valid driver's license.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce) and proven territory management.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attend hospital procedures and placements.
• Deliver sustainable growth through account and territory management.
• Educate clinicians on product use, including in-servicing.
• Build relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Use clinical and economic evidence to grow therapy adoption.
