Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to remotely lead tenant engagement and programming across a portfolio of properties. You will partner with property teams, vendors, and the Presence Platform Team to deliver hospitality-driven experiences and strategic initiatives that enhance tenant satisfaction and building culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with property teams to plan programming, tenant engagement, and events.
• Create and manage calendars for programs and activations across properties.
• Develop engagement materials and support on-site teams for Presence programming.
• Provide remote guidance, training, and support to teams, vendors, and clients.
• Coordinate budgeting, reporting, and KPI tracking for engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to Presence platform growth and onboarding efforts.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Travel as required to support events, launches, and client meetings.
• Perform other duties to maintain hospitality standards and service delivery.
