Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Digital Tenant Experience Manager to lead the tenant experience ecosystem across a portfolio of client locations. You will work remotely with onsite teams, property management, and clients to drive engagement, wellness initiatives, events, and digital community-building through the COVE platform.

As the primary administrator for COVE, you will develop engagement strategies, manage content and communications, measure program effectiveness, and partner with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of tenant/workplace experience, hospitality or community engagement.
• Experience managing digital engagement platforms and communications programs.
• Strong written communication and content creation skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, properties and priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and engagement strategist for the COVE platform.
• Manage platform configuration, content updates, communications, events, and resources.
• Develop strategies to increase user adoption and engagement.
• Analyze user activity to identify trends and opportunities.
• Launch digital campaigns, surveys, and promotions.
• Provide training and support to property teams and clients.
