Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Planning Enablement Analyst for a 12-month remote contract. The role focuses on workforce planning operations, AI tool integration, and vendor/BPO collaboration.

Experience with clients operations and supply/demand planning in tech environments is a plus. You will own day-to-day workforce planning tasks, support an automation roadmap with AI deliverables, ensure Anaplan maintenance, and maintain deadlines and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day workforce planning and administration tasks, including field updates and manual system changes.
• Executing on an automation roadmap that includes AI-related deliverables.
• Execute recurring workforce planning operations across the PDO portfolio and manage Anaplan maintenance.
• Serve as human-in-the-loop for gate checks and exception reviews with standard rules.
• Resolve intake clarifications with program managers to maintain deadlines and SLAs.
• Identify automation opportunities and document processes and automations as you build them.
