itD is seeking a Business Analyst III – Supply Planning Enablement to support workforce planning operations and drive an AI‑driven automation roadmap for a global outsourced operation. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in workforce planning, enterprise planning systems, and business operations.

• 5+ years in workforce management or related planning roles.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems such as Anaplan or similar.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations in a business operations environment.
• Experience translating manual processes into working automations and testing before rollout.
• Excellent Excel/Sheets proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Execute recurring workforce and supply planning operations, including processing staffing requests, maintaining enterprise planning systems, updating records, and supporting planning communications.
• Validate workforce planning data across enterprise planning systems and tracking logs, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with program managers to clarify incoming requests, resolve data gaps, and maintain critical deadlines and SLAs.
• Apply established business rules to operational reviews and approval checkpoints, identify exceptions, and elevate complex cases to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Build, test, and deploy AI-powered automations and AI agents to streamline business processes and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
• Monitor and optimize deployed automations by identifying failures, workflow delays, and performance degradation, implementing corrective actions, and escalating unresolved issues.
• Document and communicate operational processes, automation solutions, and improvement opportunities while providing roadmap progress updates to relevant stakeholders and team leads.
