Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Workforce & Talent Insights Analyst to leverage data, analytics, and evidence-based practices to support workforce decisions. You will analyze, visualize, and communicate insights to improve hiring quality, development outcomes, and team experience across the cooperative.

The role emphasizes hands-on analytics, data storytelling, and practical measurement applications, partnering with HR and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in data analytics, IO psychology, HR, organizational psychology or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data visualizations (Power BI or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across workforce data.
• Ability to conduct exploratory, descriptive, and predictive analyses using statistical techniques.
• Experience analyzing assessment, survey, and talent data to support improvement and decisions.
• Ability to partner with senior team members and cross-functional HR stakeholders to define metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce, talent, assessment and survey data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports for HR and stakeholders.
• Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to anticipate outcomes and guide decisions.
• Support evaluation of assessment and selection programs using data and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent, L&D and Continuous Improvement to define metrics and data needs.
• Develop documentation and training materials to improve data literacy and adoption of insights.
