Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Manager of Commercial Analytics & Revenue Growth to transform data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth and smarter decision-making. Hybrid role based out of Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote, reporting to Revenue Growth Management leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in advanced analytics, econometric modeling, revenue growth analytics, data science, or related quantitative disciplines.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, and syndicated data experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance commercial, forecasting, and optimization models that drive growth, improve business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
• Execute Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) analyses to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize investment allocation across brands, channels, tactics, and customer segments.
• Develop pricing, promotion, and elasticity analyses to quantify business impact and support revenue growth strategies.
• Design and evaluate controlled experiments, A/B tests, and test-and-learn initiatives to measure business impact and support decision-making.
• Create scenario analyses and simulation models to evaluate strategic alternatives and support business planning activities.
• Apply statistical, econometric, machine learning, and optimization methodologies to solve business challenges and uncover actionable opportunities.
• Conduct ad hoc analytical projects and modeling initiatives to address evolving business questions and strategic priorities.
