Ocean Spray is seeking a Workforce & Talent Insights Analyst to turn workforce data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards and scorecards, apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics, and partner with HR and cross‑functional teams to improve hiring quality and employee experience.

Required a bachelor’s in a related field and strong Power BI skills; experience with Workday is a plus. This role offers remote work from MA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data visualizations (Power BI or similar).
• Experience with descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Experience analyzing assessment, survey, and talent data for continuous improvement and fair outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce, talent, assessment, and survey data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data visualizations for HR and business stakeholders.
• Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to anticipate outcomes and inform decisions.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to define metrics and data requirements.
