Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Workforce Capability Lead to drive strategic enablement for frontline teams in a remote U.S. setting.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable learning experiences, tying training to coaching, knowledge resources, and on-the-job support to improve readiness and customer outcomes. You will manage multiple high-impact programs, measure impact, and collaborate with Operations, Product, Quality Intelligence, and Talent teams.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in workforce enablement, learning and development, program management, or a comparable field.
• End-to-End Program Development: design and manage enablement programs across discovery, solution design, delivery, implementation, sustainment, and impact.
• Performance Consulting and Analytics: use quantitative and qualitative data to diagnose performance and measure impact.
• Learning Design Expertise: strong knowledge of adult learning principles, capability development, coaching, and change management.
• Scalable Solution Development: create enablement solutions for frontline teams and leaders in complex environments.
• Technology and AI Tools: experience with Docebo, Articulate 360, Jira, Highspot, Google Workspace, and Replit.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Capability Strategy: lead cross-functional enablement programs to improve readiness, performance and leadership effectiveness.
• Performance Needs Assessment: diagnose performance challenges and identify root causes.
• Learning Experience Design: design scalable learning experiences using e-learning and AI-enabled tools.
• Program and Portfolio Management: manage multiple initiatives with priorities, timelines, and documentation.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: align objectives across Operations, Product, Quality Intelligence, Knowledge Strategy, Talent, and Data Analytics.
• Facilitation and Delivery: facilitate high-priority learning experiences and coordinate SMEs.
• Measurement and Continuous Improvement: define outcomes and evaluate impact with quantitative/qualitative evidence.
• Enablement Architecture: contribute to integrated workforce enablement systems.
• Leadership Communication: provide updates to frontline partners and senior leaders with clear narratives.
• Innovation and AI Adoption: apply AI tools to improve learning design and solutions.
