Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Workforce Capability Lead to drive cross-functional enablement programs that uplift frontline teams and leaders through learning, coaching and AI-enabled solutions.

You will translate partly defined needs into clear strategies, measurable outcomes, and scalable learning plans while partnering with Product, Quality Intelligence, Knowledge Strategy, Talent and Data Analytics to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enablement, L&D, program management or equivalent.
• Experience building system-level Enablement programming from discovery to measurement.
• Ability to use evidence to diagnose needs and quantify impact.
• Experience designing scalable learning solutions for frontline audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, behavior change and enablement design.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to design scalable workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences in Zillow Group’s e-learning platforms & AI tools.
• Facilitate high-priority learning experiences; coordinate SMEs or facilitators.
• Manage a broad program portfolio across learning, practice, performance support and adoption.
• Diagnose needs from strategy, data, quality trends and insights into measurable outcomes.
• Align Product, Quality Intelligence, Knowledge Strategy, Talent, Data Analytics & Operations; communicate progress to leaders.
• Support system-level Enablement architecture connecting learning, practice, coaching, reinforcement.
